We would love to partner up with you to produce and pack your USDA Certified Kilishi (African Beef Jerky) with your private label.

• We provide you with various samples of Kilishi recipes by our in house expert to taste and choose from. Alternatively, you can provide us with your recipe and we can make samples with that.

• A low minimum batch order of $1,000 or more on your private label Kilishi has been proven to yield the most success and profit for starters!

• We charge a cost of $10.49 per 2.2oz bag after your samples have been finalized and your product is ready to hit the market.

LABEL DESIGNS & BAGS

​

For our Private Label customers, we often suggest they get their label designs and bag selections done before shipping them to us. For this option, it is necessary to send us your designed label for USDA approval before printing.

 

The USDA requires certain information be added to the labels before they're approved:

​

• The label needs to include the USDA legend/insignia ​on the front or back

• Nutritional Facts & your UPC codes

• The label needs to include the "produced and packed by" company name and address at the back of the bag

We will provide these at your request.

Alternatively, we can help you get in touch with a Graphic Designer for your labels and also help make selections of bags which would be used for your product.

 

This could cost an average of $1,250 for an estimate of 500 pcs of bags and pre-printed labels. Cost can be reduced or increased depending on the quality and quantity of labels/bags you require. After the label designs and bag selections have been completed and approved by you.

 

You will be responsible for the cost of printing calculated by the printing company. We suggest that you do your own research about what is being offered by other printing companies.

PRODUCT RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT COSTS

We charge a one time payment of $4,750 as a product research and development cost. This covers the various recipe samples that will be sent to you to choose from, Nutritional Facts, UPC Codes for your label and much more.
